Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition – Intern. The Talent Acquisition – Intern will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting activities, including hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting. The intern will work on-site at our office located in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
- Ability to source and attract qualified candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
