Job Description
- Gather HR-related data from diverse sources, and analyze to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for management decisions.
- Perform statistical analysis and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations.
- Maintain accurate employee information databases, track staff changes, and ensure timely updates in the HRIS.
- Update and maintain all HR administrative reports.
- Create and maintain HR process documents, collaborating internally on improvements, mapping the updates as required in the process excellence program.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) maintaining and updating the HRIS core system.
- Be responsible in gathering inputs for payroll and related reports.
- Responsible for all administrative matters related to the employee life cycle.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
