Job Description
Primary job role
The primary role of a Team Lead is to manage ERP/Software Development implementation and consulting services provided by Fortude. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, scope management, developing detailed project schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed as per schedule. The Team Lead will own project deliverables, provide direction to the team, communicate project status, and deliver projects successfully.
Main duties/responsibilities
- Guide project lifecycle phases.
- Allocate resources, coordinate with teams, and define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop project management plans, monitor activities, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Manage change, report progress, prioritize issue resolution, and drive cutover plans.
Experience
- 1-2 Years’ project management experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CAPM certification (Optional).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical knowledge
- Tools and techniques for project planning and monitoring and corporate procedures.
Behavioral competencies
- Communication, teamwork, results orientation, client focus.
