Job Description
- Drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Cadre Management and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead payroll processes and ensure accurate database maintenance.
- Implement and manage the Performance Management System.
- Develop and update job descriptions, handle employee dynamics and address disciplinary matters.
- Plan and execute training programs and manage the HR budget.
- Improve and update HR Policy Handbook, HR Policy Manual and SOP Manual.
- Drive HR communications and utilize HR analytics for strategic planning.
Requirements:
- PQHRM / CQHRM / Bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of senior HR experience, Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SHRM or Lean certification would be a plus.
