Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative II in Batavia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. This role requires the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
