Responsibilities:
- Manage CAT Technicians in various countries/time zones.
- Support Technicians with information & processes.
- Cultivate customer relationships & propose solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to develop proposals & negotiate contracts.
Qualifications/Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, 10+ years post-qualification experience.
- Work experience in multiple countries is advantageous.
- Project management skills & ability to speak French are beneficial.
