Job Description
Join us to pursue a career as a Service Engineer at Analytical Instruments (Pvt) Ltd. You will support the sales of instrumentation through After Sales Services strategy, catering to customer technical needs. Responsible for providing comprehensive after sales support to achieve company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide technical support onsite and remotely.
- Coordinate with sales managers as a technical interface.
- Plan and achieve service-related income systematically.
- Ensure divisional target achievements and outstanding payment follow-up.
- Establish on-call duty schedule and maintain proper documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Preference for candidates in Western Province (Kalutara / Matugama / Homagama / Avissawella).
