Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor employees
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certifications in Training & Development are a plus
