Role Description: This full-time role involves coordinating and implementing training and development programs for employees. Responsibilities include training needs assessments, designing sessions, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting HR functions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise and mentor employees
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional certifications in Training & Development are a plus
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
