We are seeking a positive, engaged, well-disciplined, work-smart, and play-hard professional for the position of Associate – Client Service Advisor at Muve Colombo. This role involves delivering top-tier customer service, handling updates, resolving complaints, and ensuring all inbound calls are promptly attended to. Missed calls are diligently followed up to cater to customer needs promptly.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound calls, provide solutions, and coordinate with various departments.
- Ensure all incoming calls are promptly addressed, and missed calls are responded to without delay.
- Handle client complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Take charge of customer problems and follow through to resolution.
- Create impactful customer experiences and enhance interactions.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service call handling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and quick thinker.
