Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of Monthly accounts, Annual accounts and Overseeing external & Internal audits for all properties
- Support provided to all Area Finance Managers and teams
- Oversee all group finance functions, including head office finance team
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Approvals of OPEX & CAPEX in Asana & Oracle MC and SUN Financial system
- Preparation of Financial presentations
- Treasury & cash management
- Other Finance and Accounting requirements for MD, CEO & VPF
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years in a senior management as head of finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a senior role in Finance
- Chartered Accountant qualification an advantage
- SUN & Micros MC system knowledge an advantage
- Experience in an International chain hotel, an advantage
- Very good command on written & verbal communication in English
- Overseas experience in hospitality an advantage
