Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Factory Manager at Jayabima Spices Pvt Ltd located in Kaduwela. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency. They will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
