Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiation techniques
- Sound on vendor management and evaluation process
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
- Skill in negotiating best offers while maintaining quality and service
- Strong organizational skills to manage procurement effectively
- Experience in dealing with local and foreign suppliers
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards
- Market trend analysis and vendor database management
- Handle supplier/product developments and complaints
- Conduct stock reviews and assist in demand planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Partially or fully qualified in CIMA or MBA is a plus
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP software
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Good team player
