Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Supervisor at Formix located in Colombo. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Production Planning, Quality Control, and Production Management skills
- Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
