Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify leads and customers.
- Engage in customer interaction to promote products/services.
- Learn sales techniques and strategies.
- Handle sales-related administrative tasks.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas.
- Develop digital & social media programs.
- Write daily social media posts.
Digital & social media:
- Develop digital & social media programs.
- Write daily social media posts.
- Update website content.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns.
Email marketing:
- Create/manage effective email marketing campaigns.
- Design email templates for user experience.
- Report on campaign performance.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analyze data using AI tools.
Duration and Work Hours:
- Full time – 8 hours a day, flexible hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
- LKR 40,00 salary + sales commission.
