Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor at Perago Design in Colombo. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to cost control, BOQ management, cost planning, and cost reporting. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project cost estimation and effective cost management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
- Proficiency in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and management
- Ability to provide accurate cost reporting
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualifications
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
