Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand client portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets in Colombo. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and market analysis abilities are required.
Qualifications:
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
