Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop technical software specifications
- Manage the development lifecycle and resources
- Define project plans and task breakdowns
- Monitor project execution and address risks proactively
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress
- Manage changes effectively and ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Provide leadership and support to internal teams, handling multiple projects
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- Prior Web/Mobile Software Development experience
- 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in agile teams
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
- CSM or similar project management certification preferred
- Experience with global clients or HR domain is advantageous
- Senior Developers/Associate Technical Leads transitioning to Project Management are encouraged to apply
