About the Job:
- Join Menta Media as a Client Associate and be the star of client relationships. Manage accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to address client inquiries and provide support.
- Manage client accounts, handle onboarding, and oversee project coordination.
- Identify and resolve client issues, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum one year client-facing experience in media.
- Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to client needs.
