We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Rush Lanka Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, payroll administration, and policy development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle payroll administration, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
