Job Description
Role: As a Visual Storyteller/Content Creator, you will develop visually compelling content for the LMS and create daily engagement content to boost employee engagement. Collaborate with teams to understand training needs, craft narratives, and enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging content for the LMS, including videos, infographics, and interactive modules.
- Simplify complex information for easy understanding and enhance learning.
- Collaborate to refine user interface and ensure seamless compatibility across devices.
- Create impactful content pieces for distribution to foster learning engagement.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with employees.
- Make content relatable and memorable for deeper connections with learners.
- Collaborate with experts to gather insights for content creation.
- Generate innovative ideas for captivating content.
- Apply graphic design principles to produce visually appealing assets.
- Ensure visual consistency across materials and content.
- Analyze content effectiveness and utilize insights for improvement.
