Job Description
Join our team as a Marketplace Coordinator and be a vital part of our dynamic handmade marketplace ecosystem. Reporting to the CEO/Marketplace Operations Manager, you will help ensure the platform runs smoothly, maintain high standards, and support our community of sellers and buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist new sellers with registration and onboarding.
- Manage inventory and provide technical support.
- Analyze market trends and sales data.
- Monitor order fulfillment process and address delivery issues.
- Coordinate promotions and events to boost seller visibility.
- Monitor performance and ensure quality assurance.
- Enforce policies and act as a communication liaison.
- Engage with the community and collaborate with artisans.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate with a focus on continuous learning.
- Background in customer support or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and data analysis.
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
