Job Description
- Contact production companies through emails and telephone calls on behalf of reputable music broadcasters to locate music cue sheets used for international airing
- Critically analyze and provide solutions for queries raised by Data Processing Teams or relevant UK and USA clients
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
- Maintain clear records of processes for establishing connections
- Organize files and directories in a structured manner
- Liaise between teams to resolve meta data processing issues
- Report issues and developments in the internal system
- Follow up with Soundmouse Production Users to complete programs
- Establish positive communication with clients
Requirements:
- Diploma, partially completed HND, or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work night shifts (3.00pm – 11.00pm)
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal/Written)
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
- Knowledge of Google Drives and email communication
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and internet research
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Based in Sri Lanka
- School leavers are highly encouraged
