Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Staff Assistant (Recoveries) located in Colombo. As a Staff Assistant (Recoveries), you will be responsible for providing support in the recovery of funds, managing and maintaining recovery records, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and performing administrative tasks. You will also assist in the implementation of recovery strategies and follow-up on recovery progress.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial/banking sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of recovery procedures and practices is a plus
