Job Description
Atlas Axillia is looking for a skilled Manager of MarTech & Digital to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about leveraging marketing technology to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth, we want you on board.
Role Overview
As the Manager of MarTech, you will be responsible for utilizing technology to create personalized digital experiences that cater to diverse customer segments and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage MarTech budget and resources aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM systems for improved communication.
- Develop and execute a MarTech strategy in line with business objectives.
- Analyze technology performance for cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with technology vendors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and/or IT. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing and 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Proficient in social media tools, data analytics, and web & app development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a customer-centric focus.
