Job Description
(Hybrid working)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the client’s end-to-end project by managing the client project team, suppliers, and customer dependencies.
- Coordinate various workstreams including Design, Infrastructure, Software Development, Training, Business Change, and Transition to Support.
- Perform project management tasks such as planning, tracking tasks, managing the budget, conducting team meetings, reporting and resolving issues, change control, and obtaining sign-offs.
- Act as the primary local client contact for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Adhere to client Governance policies for reporting.
Expected Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of experience managing similar Software projects.
- Experience with Sri Lanka Government projects is desirable.
- PMP certified or proficient in Project Management principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
