Responsibilities
- Support the Professional Services team in deliverables and activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support to customers.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and meet SLAs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Effective task prioritization in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL, MongoDB) & Development (Python) is a plus.
- BSc. in IT from a recognized institute.
- Available to work Monday to Friday on a shift roster including SL Holidays.
