As a Customer Service Executive, you will ensure a seamless experience for our clients by handling inquiries, assisting with bookings, and coordinating transportation services in Canadian time-zone hours. Opportunities for promotions and career growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with booking limousine services.
  • Coordinate with chauffeurs for pickups, drop-offs, and itinerary changes.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with operations team to optimize service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
