We are currently seeking a Call Center Collection Officer to handle payment collections and customer inquiries.
- Contact customers for payments and resolve inquiries.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate on issue resolution.
- Achieve collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in call center or customer service, preferably in collections.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in computer usage.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- G.C.E A/L qualification or equivalent.
