Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling shipping documentation
- Preparing pre-shipment and post-shipment documents
- Updating details in systems
- Managing online export bookings
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- A/L and Diploma in Export/Import or relevant field
- 2-3 years of Import/Export experience
- Strong time management skills and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in English
