Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Sell advertising space in SkyView Inflight magazine, shaping print and digital platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Tamil and Sinhala is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
