We’re seeking an Associate Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. You’ll leverage the latest tech (microservices, blockchain, cloud) to build something truly innovative.
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture with senior leadership
- Design and develop complex software components
- Implement automated & manual testing strategies
- Conduct code & design reviews
- Foster agile practices for frequent releases
- Maintain clean development flow using CI/CD tools
- Integrate security best practices
- Troubleshoot & fix production issues
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT preferred)
- 2-4 years of Java coding (C#/C++ considered)
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS
- Cloud experience (AWS a plus)
- Solid grasp of distributed systems
- Understanding of data structures & algorithms
- Multi-threading, networking protocols
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline)
- Agile development
