Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Associate in Colombo. As a Call Center Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting, while maintaining records and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and communication.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for customer interaction.
- Customer Experience: Understand and deliver positive customer experience.
- Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Contact Centers: Familiarity with call handling and ticketing systems.
Salary: 30-35K | Experience: 6 months | Languages: Sinhala, English, Tamil
