A leading Logistic Company based in Colombo is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Experience in handling e-commerce customer inquiries and transactions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
