Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chef De Partie at Marino Beach Hotel Colombo located in Colombo. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as the pastry or grill station. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and presenting dishes, managing inventory, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
