Job Description
Company Description: KDS is a design practice based in Colombo with expertise in Architectural design, Civil and Structural Engineering, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management.
Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Revit Drafting Technician to create accurate architectural drawings using Revit software. Collaboration with architects and engineers is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Revit software to create architectural drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers
- Coordinate drawings with other disciplines
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in taking quantities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting with proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in architectural projects preferred
- Degree or certification in architectural drafting or related field
