Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inbound Tour Executive at Lankaila Group of Companies in Colombo. As an Inbound Tour Executive, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating inbound tour packages for travelers visiting Sri Lanka. Handle all aspects of the tour, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a hybrid role, located in Colombo with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourist attractions, hotels, and transportation options
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking systems
- Degree in Tourism Management or a related field
- Passion for exploring and promoting the beauty of Sri Lanka
