Job Description
One of our leading clients in the BPO & KPO Industry is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development with Digital Marketing expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking and cold-calling.
- Develop brand building strategies using Digital Marketing.
- Create new business opportunities and collaborate with delivery teams.
- Generate client awareness and preference through various channels.
- Build business transformation propositions and present to prospective customers.
- Act as Account Manager for selected customers.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of Business Development experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of RPA, Analytic tools, AI tools, and CRM tools.
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
