Job Description
Configuration & Integration of 2G & 4G Base Transceiver stations.
Handle trouble tickets related to 2G & 4G Base Stations, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in network roll out activities, ensuring timely completion of new BTSs & Upgrades.
Involve in adjusting parameters through Change Requests and monitoring KPI metrics.
Coordinate with network operations center (NOC) or support teams for complex issues.
Implement corrective measures to mitigate network downtime and optimize performance.
Collaborate with other technical teams for seamless integration.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards.
