Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Associate based in Colombo. The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting network, printer, laptop, and desktop computer issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with printers, laptops, and desktop computers
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the printing industry is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
