Job Description
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management.
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
