Job Description
SDB Bank, a leading specialized bank in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Company Secretary. This position, at Assistant General Manager Grade, entails ensuring the Bank’s compliance with financial and legal requirements, maintaining high standards of Corporate Governance, and providing legal guidance.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of secretarial experience, including managerial roles, and possess relevant professional qualifications such as a secretarial license, Chartered Secretary, or Chartered Accountant. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
