Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing details working on monthly basis for right of use asset, contract asset, and provision for impairment of trade receivables
- Reviewing intercompany reconciliations monthly, follow up timely, and clear non-reconciling items
- Reviewing daily/monthly bank reconciliations, follow up on non-reconciling items as per agreed KPIs
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet monitoring of assigned general ledger accounts, follow up on long outstanding balances
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual statutory audits
- Provide guidance to team members, manage their performance
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Bookkeeping, Financial statement preparations, Reconciliation, and Team management
- Exposure to SAP/ERP system is an added advantage
- Relevant degree or professional qualification like AAT/CMA/CIMA/ACCA/CA
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Completion of GCE O/L and A/L Examinations
