Job Description
v Data Management:
- Collect, Store, and Manage Data: Efficiently handle organizational data and information.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure integrity and accuracy of data maintained.
- Data Distribution: Proactively share data with stakeholders as required.
- Reporting: Document outcomes of quality activities for stakeholders.
v Change Request Process:
- CR Tracking: Maintain change request trackers and support stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with clients to monitor ongoing CRs.
v Operational Administration Support:
- Reporting Assistance: Aid Operations managers with daily reports.
- Data Analysis: Support stakeholders with data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or higher.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel required.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Analytical Experience: Reporting/data analysis background.
- MIS Background: Prior MIS experience.
UK working hours 1.30 to 10.30 pm (Dinner and Home drop transport provided)
