Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Manage facility budgets and supervise staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility projects and services.
- Conduct inspections, implement corrective actions, and uphold safety protocols.
- Support other departments’ facility-related needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of leadership experience in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
