Job Description
MAS Fabrics – Matrix is seeking a Senior Executive for Knitting Technical at Thulhiriya location. Join our Production Team to develop new products and ensure smooth bulk production meeting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop factory integration process for effective bulk production handover.
- Implement new models for achieving required KPI levels.
- Evaluate model effectiveness and improve product readiness.
- Conduct knowledge share sessions on new models with team members.
- Direct operations team readiness for new models integration.
- Design production processes aligning with customer requirements.
- Develop yarn consumption validation process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-4 years Knitting technical experience, 1-2 years in an executive position.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy required.
- Yarn and Sewing knowledge is an advantage.
