Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer in the renewable energy sector at a subsidiary of Hayleys Group. The company specializes in renewable energy and engineering services.
Salary is negotiable. The Engineer will be responsible for research, testing, and product development, contributing their analytical skills to the R&D process.
Responsibilities:
- Use creative abilities and research methods to enhance existing products and develop new ones.
- Develop comprehensive plans, conduct research tests, and analyze data for projects.
- Lead key R&D projects to support business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
