Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Information Technology Support Engineer at ESSHVA. The Information Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as technical support and troubleshooting. The role will primarily be located in Colombo but will also have flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Troubleshooting and log analysis skills
- Experience in any ITSM tool
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge in AWS services
- Knowledge in document-oriented database systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
