Role Description:
- Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accuracy in bookings and communications with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers, airlines, and travel partners.
- Collaborate to secure the best travel deals for customers.
- Arrange travel plans based on customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Utilize ticketing and reservation background efficiently.
- Require 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Advantageous to have visa handling experience.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, especially Amadeus.
- Thorough knowledge of world geographical locations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
