Job Description
A dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a strong finance and accounting domain expertise to support the operations leads.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of SME BPO clients and the operational delivery
- Support the respective teams directly under purview to deliver services as agreed
- Carry out research, compile project and business development proposals
- Support the Head of the division with client visits and business development activities
Candidate Profile:
- Finance/Business Management degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in BPO and finance operations management
- Proven team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI
