A leading company, Uconnect, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition to join its accomplished team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and define candidate selection criteria.
- Finalize job descriptions and candidate specifications for sourcing requirements.
- Utilize online platforms like LinkedIn and job portals to attract potential candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, oversee the selection process.
- Establish a robust candidate pipeline through referrals, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and submit sourcing reports timely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with focus on sourcing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines effectively.
